SDI failed to configure device
SDI failed to make a device available for use. The pack cannot be used.
Check that the trunk listed is the one you expect to use. If not, check the initial states of all your packs using Pack Configuration or System Configuration. You may find that the initial state of a pack that is not connected is set to ENABLED or INSERVICE, causing the error. If it is, check that the hardware is connected correctly and powered on. Check the cables. It may be useful to check the errno value against those in /usr/include/sys/errno.h. Restart the AIX system. If the problem persists, contact Blueworx Support.
