SNA system status could not be retrieved

Blueworx Voice Response failed to obtain SNA Server/6000 status. SNA may have been inactive at the time of the query.

Check the status of the SNA subsystem and check the configuration to ensure that the SNA Server is set to auto-respawn. If the SNA Server/6000 is configured to start at system restart and also respawn if ended, this ensures that SNA is available forBlueworx Voice Response operations. If the problem persists check SNA Server/6000 operation for problems.
