Prompt directory not found
The system requested a prompt directory but could not find it. The prompt directory may have been deleted, but the prompt directory IDs may still exist within the state table. The system plays the error message and hangs up.
Change the prompt directory ID within the state table or reinstate the prompt directory from backup data. To work around this create a dummy entry in the prompt directory.
