Session restart request could not be processed
The 3270 management console or the 3270 server screen capture emulator requested that a session be restarted, but there are no 3270 executor processes free to process the request.
Try again when there is less 3270 traffic and 3270 executor processes are available. It may be useful to increase the value of the system parameter "Number of 3270 exec processes to spawn" in the Application Server Interface parameter group. Change this parameter using the System Configuration utility.
