DTBE Failed to start Host Manager
DTBEMGR failed to start the DTBE Host Manager
Attempt to start the host manager manually using "dtjstart". Verify that the dirTalk.DTBE.common & dirTalk.DTBE.VRnode filesets are installed. Contact Blueworx Support if you are attempting to use the Java and VoiceXML Environment and this error continues to occur.
