Kernel extension already loaded
Blueworx Voice Response tries to load a device driver into AIX kernel memory when it starts up. The dtdd kernel extension is already loaded. This implies that there has been a problem cleaning up the system when Blueworx Voice Response was shutdown previously.
Blueworx Voice Response cannot start up with telephony devices. Try restarting the Power system unit. If the problem persists, contact Blueworx Support.
