Default profile not found
The system requested the system default profile from the profile server and the server reported that the profile was not on file. The system default profile ID is specified by a system parameter which is retrieved if the assigned profile could not be retrieved. The system plays an error message and hangs up.
Add the missing profile or change the assigned profile for the channel.
