I/O memory exception

The device driver tried to process an interrupt from a pack and encountered an addressing exception within the interrupt handler. This could indicate faulty memory on the Power System or pack, but usually indicates a defective or corrupt device driver. Blueworx Voice Response disables the pack where the interrupt error was found. This pack raises an alarm relay and will not be reenabled automatically by Blueworx Voice Response even after a delay.

Try swapping adapters around in your system unit to see if the problem is related to the slot where the adapter is located or to the adapter itself. Run diagnostics on the pack, adapter, and Power system memory. If the problem still persists, contact Blueworx Support with details and results of all the tests you have tried.
