A request for a state table or prompt directory is denied. The Number of Non Swap State Tables system parameter is not set high enough for the applications environment.
Set the Number of Non Swap State Tables system parameter so that when it is added to the number of channels, the sum exceeds the maximum number of state tables expected to be active concurrently.
