Vital statistics corrupt
For vag_dsptch.c/add_SMSI_db() this means one of: 1. Record size larger than file. 2. Corrupt record count in header. 3. Unexpected EOF encountered in header. 4. Corrupt CRC number in file. For make_fname.c, the file type is not listed in the main case statement.
Determine the cause of the problem and correct it, if possible. If the problem persists, contact Blueworx Support.
