CA_Execute_State_Table() failed
The state table for the outbound part of the trombone operation could not be executed. This may occur if the state table does not exist or is not validated.
Ensure that the name and entry point to the outbound state table are valid for your system, and that the state table has been validated. (If the name and entry point are not specified, they default to IBMTromboneOut and begin.) Also ensure that, if you have customized the outbound state table, you have not altered the input parameters (see the default IBMTromboneOut state table for the correct input parameters).
