A call to CA_Open_CHP_Link() failed. This means that the outbound part of a trombone operation cannot be performed. This may occur if there are no spare CHPs available.
Ensure that there are enough CHPs available for your system. If your system does lots of processing after a call is completed, you may need to define more spare CHPs.
