Failed to send channel event
A call to CA_Report_Channel_Event() failed when IBM_Trombone_Custom_Server tried to report that one of the partners in a trombone had terminated. It’s possible that this error may indicate the presence of a race condition.
Re-create the problem and take an AIX system trace (specify the -d command-line parameter for the custom server), before calling Blueworx Support.
