Failed to retrieve Blueworx Voice Response information using CA_Get_DT_Info()

The custom server was unable to retrieve system information about Blueworx Voice Response. This is unlikely to happen, but if it does, it probably means that something has gone very wrong with Blueworx Voice Response. This generates fatal error TROMBONE001.

Re-start Blueworx Voice Response. If the problem persists, re-create the problem and take an AIX system trace (specify the -d command-line parameter for the custom server), before calling Blueworx Support.
