To start or stop a tune playing, the Juke_Box custom server must have channel and pack information. The CA_Get_Channel_Info() custom server call, which the Juke_Box custom server uses to get this information, failed.
Check that the call is connected before the SendData() action to start or stop a tune playing. You can check this using the State Table Debugger.
