SendData to the Juke_Box custom server is only allowed once the call is connected. Using the Juke_Box custom server before the call has been connected, or after it has been hung-up, generates this error.
Change that the state table obeys this rule. Check that the call is connected before the SendData() action to start or stop a tune playing. You can check this using the State Table Debugger.
