Unable to create messaging pipe. rc='number' errno='number'
The Juke_Box custom server’s AIX system call pipe() failed. The Juke_Box custom server uses the pipe to keep track of process terminations, and to terminate itself when it gets a request from the Blueworx Voice Response custom server manager.
Check rc and errno for the pipe() call in the AIX documentation. Correct the problem, then restart the Juke_Box custom server.
