The supplied $SYS_DIR/ report_schedule file includes commands that ensure that the
system does not get filled up with statistics data and log files:
- The raw statistics data is exported from the database and then deleted,
weekly: it is exported in IXF format and always to the same location in the $ARC_Dir/oamlog directory. If you do not want to keep any of this
data, change the DTdata commands in the file: for example, you could just
delete data daily.
- The private log files are archived weekly. This means they are moved to
the $ARC_Dir/oamlog directory, overwriting the previous week's
archived file.
