The status of a custom server can be one of the following:
- Building
- The voice application developer is currently building the server. The
server is not yet ready to be started.
- None
- The server is ready to be started (loaded into memory).
- Active
- The custom server is currently running.
- Waiting
- The custom server is loaded into memory but is currently not actively
processing any information.
