Blueworx Voice Response always has statistics data available. The schedule on which you back up this data depends on your requirement for that information and whether and how often you delete it.
For example, if you are deleting statistical information daily but backing up weekly, your weekly backup includes only the statistical information for the last day of the week: it would be better to back up the archive files daily.
