Monitoring custom servers

Use this procedure to review information about the custom servers that Blueworx Voice Response is using. To start or stop a server, use the procedure in Starting a custom server or Stopping a custom server.

The system refreshes information about custom servers automatically every 10 seconds. You can use this procedure to refresh the information on demand or turn off the automatic refresh action.

  1. Start: At the Welcome window, select Operations —> Custom Server Manager
  2. Refreshing on demand: To see the latest information about servers, click Options —> Refresh.

    The system displays the most recent information about custom servers.

  3. Recognizing a new server : Review the information under Run Status. If the Run Status is BUILDING and the IPL Status is NEW, the server is being built or debugged. This server disappears at the conclusion of the build process.
  4. Cancelling automatic refresh : Click Options.
  5. To cancel the automatic refresh, click the button next to Auto-Update.

    The system no longer refreshes information about the servers every 10 seconds.

  6. Cancelling manual refresh : Click Options.
  7. To cancel manual refresh, click the button next to Auto-Update.

    The system refreshes information about the servers every 10 seconds.

  8. Click Close.
