When an incoming call is received by a Voice Response node in the
Blueworx Voice Response Java and VoiceXML environment it
can be routed to one of the following:
- A CCXML browser
- A VoiceXML application
- A Java application
The routing is determined by the number that the call is received on.
For a call to be received by the Blueworx Voice Response Java and VoiceXML environment, the Blueworx Voice Response system must have
an application profile that specifies the call is to be handled by the JavaApplication state table. See The phone number.
