When you install Blueworx Voice Response Java and VoiceXML Environment on a host, the installation process creates a configuration database on that system, but when you have a network of nodes, or plex, you must use only one configuration database, in which you define all your hosts, nodes, groups, applications, and other resources, as described in The configuration database. You should nominate one node as the system management console.
