Types of Migration

Blueworx Voice Response applications are upwardly compatible from release to release. Blueworx Voice Response is designed so that you can migrate your existing applications from previous releases of DirectTalk or Blueworx Voice Response without difficulty.

Blueworx Voice Response Version 6.1
Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2

Important: If the level of software that you currently have installed is earlier than Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2, you should contact Blueworx Support for assistance about moving to Blueworx Voice Response Version 7.

Blueworx Voice Response Version 7 supports migration in-place and unlike previous releases the abilty to migrate onto new hardware. This migration is achieved using migration tools.
