Putting Channels into Service

When Blueworx Voice Response starts for the first time the VoIP channels are configured as available. This means that they will not accept calls. To start accepting calls the channels need to be put in-service.

This can be done by a configuration change that will exist over the stopping and starting of Blueworx Voice Response which is described here Modifying the VoIP environment using Pack Configuration or wvrteleconf or by the use of:
  1. wvrtrunk command, which is described here ../com.ibm.wvraix.manmon.doc/i636254.html
  2. System monitor, which is described here ../com.ibm.wvraix.manmon.doc/i628860.html#i628860
which will only take affect until Blueworx Voice Response is restarted.
