Blueworx Voice Response can be configured to respond with an appropriate voice application for each caller. Normally you associate each application with a different telephone number that callers dial according to the service they require. Then Blueworx Voice Response has to recognize the dialed telephone number. The dialed number can be recognized in different ways, depending on what information about the call is available :
