Voice segments are stored in voice directories. Prompts can use
segments from any voice directory.
Note: You are recommended to specify the voice directory name in
state table actions, rather than the voice directory ID, which is retained
only for compatibility. If you use don’t use the name, Blueworx Voice Response cannot identify
a voice directory as a dependent object for export.
