The Avaya Interaction Center VOX Connector for Blueworx Voice Response for AIX (VOX_CTI) custom server provides an interface between state tables and the Quintus VOX Server. A state table sends VOX commands by passing state table variables into the custom server via the SendData action. VOX responses are returned via the ReceiveData action.
