Installation instructions for the AMD CS

The custom server is in /usr/lpp/dirTalk/sw/amd and is called AMD.imp.

Install it as follows:

Ensure that BVR is running
Login in as dtuser
run: cd /usr/lpp/dirTalk/sw/amd
run: dtimport -f AMD.imp
