Each time a voice message is recorded, a new voice message identifier is required. If some identifiers are already allocated, a new database transaction is not required. This parameter specifies how many voice message identifiers Blueworx Voice Response allocates at one time.
If your Blueworx Voice Response system is configured as a single system image, many client telephony channels probably exist, each one producing voice messages. In this type of environment, performance is improved if this parameter is set to a high value.
