This structure contains the configuration structure for Layer 4 of an ISDN
common channel signaling trunk.
- bearer_capability
- Reserved for use by Blueworx Voice Response.
- facility_timeout
- Specifies the time to wait for a response from the network after initializing
transfer with a facility message..
- facility_transfer_completion_timeout
- Monitors the time taken for transferred calls to be cleared by the network.
- nfas_trunk_group
- Specifies the NFAS trunk group for this trunk.
- numbering_plan
- Defines the value of bits 7, 6 and 5 of octet 3 of the Called Party
Number IE, which is used to specify the numbering plan for outgoing calls.

- numbering_type
- Defines the value of bits 4,3,2 and 1 of octet 3 of the Called Party
Number IE, which is used to specify the numbering type for outgoing calls.

- pr_numbers_allowed
- Specifies whether presentation restricted numbers are allowed.
