Blueworx Voice Response uses the term XPACK (or pack) to describe the card that interfaces a T1 or E1 trunk to the network. The signaling interface uses the terms trunk and XPACK (or pack) interchangeably to refer to a T1 or E1 trunk carrying 24 or 30 voice channels respectively.
