This error can be generated following a system restore using mksysb. If this occurs, you might find that no available trunks are shown in the Blueworx Voice Response System Monitor. If, however, the results of running the lsdev -C command show that the adapter (DTTA) is in the Available state, run the dt_setowner command on ALL adapters as follows: 1. Shutdown Blueworx Voice Response by using the DT_shutdown comand. 2. Login as root by entering the su command 3. Run dt_setowner (for syntax details specific to adapter type refer to the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: Installation information).
