SS7 - Distributed7 Inter Machine Heartbeat failure
Distributed7 has reported that a Link is in the down or failed condition.
If the associated LinkSet has additional/redundant links then Blueworx Voice Response will continue to support call control. If the condition was not expected then check the following (i) Health of remote switch. (ii) Cabling and other physical connections. (iii) Any recent changes to the D7 configuration. (iv) Health of D7 servers.
