Remote SS7/WVR failure.
This WVR has been requested by the Distributed7 system to manage the CIC range listed below. This is as a result of another WVR nolonger being able to service these ranges. This circuit range will be taken out of service and all active calls released.
Identify which WVR is in a failure condition and take remedial action as necessary.
