DTTA Loopback
A request has been made to perform a traffic loopback on a given circuit has failed.
If the circuit is not based on a DTTA card then the configuration needs to be reviewed as the Loopback facility is only supported on these cards. However if the circuit is on a DTTA card then review and act on any other Alarm being detected by the DTTA card.
