ISDN Layer 3 is unable to process an incoming call.

The buffer pool used for processing calls is almost exhausted. New incoming calls will be released until there are more resources avaliable. The situation will improve when some of the current calls that are being processed have been cleared.

If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Disable and re-enable the trunk on which the error occurred and try again. If the problem persists, stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. All other trunks using the signalling process are disabled. If this does not solve the problem shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If none of the above is successful call Blueworx Support.
