ISDN Layer 2 detected invalid incoming frames
The ISDN Layer 2 software detected invalid incoming frames with their C/R bit set to mean TE mode. The Blueworx Voice Response ISDN software can only be run in TE or user mode, so the switch must be configured as NT or Network mode.
Check the switch configuration or ask the service provider to ensure the switch is configured to be Network Termination (NT) or Network mode, because Blueworx Voice Response cannot make or receive any calls in this state. If the switch configuration or service provider configuration is changed, the trunk should be disabled and re-enabled. If none of the above is successful call Blueworx Support.
