ISDN Layer 2 internal error

The ISDN Layer 2 software has detected an internal error. All calls set up on this signalling channel are cleared unless a backup D channel has been configured using Non Facility Associated Signalling (NFAS). This feature is for T1 systems only.

If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Disable and re-enable the trunk on which the error occurred and try again. If the problem persists, stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. All other trunks using the signalling process are disabled by taking this action. If this does not solve the problem, shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If none of the above is successful call IBM Support.
