ISDN Layer 2 failure opening/closing D channel access via device driver
The device driver did not send a valid file descriptor to Layer 2 when opening the signalling D channel, or did not accept the file descriptor when closing it.
If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Disable and re-enable the trunk on which the error occurred and try again. If this does not solve the problem shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If this does not solve the problem shut down and restart the pSeries system unit. If none of the above is successful call Blueworx Support.
