The Redial Limitation module has detected that too many calls have been unsuccessfully placed to a particular number. The homologation requirement for this area will not allow any more calls to be placed to this number until a timer has elapsed. The number dialed is in the message below.
Wait for the timer to elapse before placing further calls to this number. Check your equipment to find out why calls are failing.
