ISDN signalling process unable to send IE
Whilst constructing the message to send to Layer 3, the ISDN signalling process ran out of space in the buffer.
The Information Elements are too large or there are too many for the buffer. If you are constructing the IEs from tag strings then reduce the size or quantity of IEs.
