ISDN signalling process invalid primitive
The ISDN signalling process received a primitive it could not identify. This error is usually reported by the primitive to event mapper as the state machines have their own errors defined for this situation.
If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. If this does not work, shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If none of the above is successful call Blueworx Support.
