Signalling process reconfiguration problem
A signalling process was sent a request to reconfigure, because its configuration information may have changed. Blueworx Voice Response did not receive a successful reply, either because there were problems delivering the request, or because the signalling process failed the request, which is not valid behavior.
Check that signalling process configuration is correct and that all signalling processes are running.
