Prompt not found
The system requested a specific prompt from a prompt directory but could not find it. The prompt may have been deleted from the directory and the state table may still rely on its existence. The system plays the error message and hangs up.
Change the state table Prompt states to use a different prompt, or reinstate the prompt in the prompt directory.
