Session attach failed
The 3270 controller was trying to attach to a session to shut down the system, but the attach was unsuccessful.
This problem is usually handled by theBlueworx Voice Response initialization cleanup: active sessions are deactivated and LU pooling is halted. If Blueworx Voice Response exhibits further problems during initialization, shut it down again and recycle the SNA attachment using the SNA subsystem command interface.
