Configuration method failed to lock ODM
As part of the Blueworx Voice Response startup procedure, several hardware devices are configured. To configure a device, the configuration method for that device is used. The configuration method needs to access ODM to find parameters with which the device should be configured. To avoid race and deadlock conditions, the ODM database has a lock which must be obtained before it can be used. The odm_lock call is used to gain access to ODM. This call failed. The I/O subsystem cannot use this device.
Backup the error log. Try restarting the pSeries system unit. If the problem persists, send the error log to Blueworx Support.
