Channel error on pack

The microcode on the pack indicates that one or more of its channels has encountered an error. Blueworx Voice Response logs the error, which may indicate a faulty pack or a problem with the microcode.

Dial the channel or pack and reenable it; this may clear the error. Check the telecommunications cables and connections to the network. Check that all cable connectors are firmly seated. Run the diagnostics described in the Problem Determination information. If the problem persists, call Blueworx Support.
