Telephony hardware not interrupting

The device driver monitors every pack to ensure that they interrupt the pSeries system unit at regular intervals. The device driver has detected a pack that has not interrupted the system unit for longer than is allowed. This could indicate a problem with the digital trunk adapter. Blueworx Voice Response disables the suspect pack and raises the alarm relay on other packs to notify the administrator of the problem. After a short delay Blueworx Voice Response tries to reenable the pack.

Try swapping adapters around in your system unit to see if the problem is related to the slot where the adapter is located or the adapter itself. Run diagnostics on the adapter and pSeries system memory. If the problem persists, call Blueworx Support with details and results of all the tests you have tried.
