The custom server was unable to determine what type of telephony hardware is connected to Blueworx Voice Response. This will generate fatal error ISDN_XFER001
Restart Blueworx Voice Response. If this does not clear the problem,
take an AIX system trace while re-creating the problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then call Blueworx Support.
